Government Master Data Management Platform
State Government Digital Transformation
“Successfully demonstrated a unified government data platform capable of establishing a single source of truth across departments.”
- 01
The problem
A state government sought to establish a single source of truth across six departmental systems covering water, electricity, land records, transport, citizen information, and beneficiary programs. Fragmented data sources created inconsistencies, duplicate records, data quality issues, and limited cross-department visibility.
- 02
What Karthik shaped
Karthik designed and developed a proof-of-concept Master Data Management platform that integrated six departmental systems through an event-driven architecture. He implemented entity matching, golden record creation, cross-reference mapping, and real-time data quality monitoring to consolidate citizen, asset, tax, and beneficiary information into a unified master database.
